At DULCIMA COSMETICS, we are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you safely and efficiently.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

DELIVERY TIME

We strive to ensure that all orders are delivered as quickly as possible.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the selected shipping service, and local logistical conditions. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout and confirmed once your order has been dispatched.

While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by customs clearance, transportation disruptions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

Returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is defective upon arrival.

RETURN REQUEST

Any return request must be submitted within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the product and packaging

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned products must:

  • Be unused
  • Remain in their original packaging
  • Include all accessories and accompanying materials

REFUNDS

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
